The Bible explicitly said that "You shall not covet your neighbor's wife" - apart from that, one his also expected to be human enough so "you shall not commit adultery". These bible excerpts apparently reminds every Christian about their actions, most especially about getting into scandalous, illicit affairs. But this servant of God - a pastor just broke his promise to God... and the reaction of his flock was epic!
In the olden times, the punishment for adultery is stoning to death. While these Pentecostal preacher was not stoned to death - he was beaten so bad, he can't get up! Everyone's mad at him for pursuing a forbidden affair with a parishioner's wife.
He is Pastor Nyahi of Healing Ministries in Zimbabwe. One of the parishioners, Isaac Dube found out about the illicit relationship the pastor has with his wife. From the latter's account, the parishioner discovered a phone in his car which he thought, is owned by one of the people he fetch from church to home. But he was shocked when he found out that Pastor Nyahi and his wife has been exchanging love messages to each other.
All Mr. Dube has to do is catch the pastor and make him admit in front of his wife, that the two of them have an affair.
Medical experts won't believe how much he's gotten! The pastor then became a captive inside the parishioner's house and was detained there for two days. When his wife found out, she sought help for her husband has no mercy.
A neighbor was just in time to help. They brought him to a medical doctor. According to the pastor, he was beaten until he became weak and defenseless. For the parishioner, this has been an old but brutal practice, especially because the one in question is a church worker. They respected him so much and this is what they get from him.
These days, cheating incidents have become more abundant than ever.
