A server in a very prestigious restaurant of a hotel became the latest casualty as he gets fired for Coleen Garcia's complaint against him. Allegedly, the waiter was accused of being rude by her and her grandmother. Looks like the guy needs to apply a for a new job in New Zealand or job in Australia instead so he can get through their finances.
On Instagram, user @jejeromemalvar aired his side of the story after Coleen Garcia posted a photo of her together with Billy Joe Crawford. Here's what the server who lost his job said.
While this may just be a misunderstanding on the part of the Garcias, this costed the waiter's job.
Of course, fans and friends of Coleen Garcia came to the rescue, but the server was firm on his stand that he was never rude to them. He explained himself to the user @yuave8.
What's done is done though and @jejeromemalvar would have to find a new job to sustain their finances. It's definitely hard to convince people if they have already judged you already. However, we are still yet to confirm any statement from Garcia's side. She may be able to give light regarding the situation.

We are hired to give our cutomers what they expect. If you feel you're a slave in the service industry because you give service then hindi para sayo ang trabahao na ito. And to the person who posted and explaining himself i think this not the proper social media isstatem not the proper way. Because it will be base on your statement versus her statement. Versus what really happens.which is nahusgahan na agad ang ikinocomplain. If you beleive u were terminated without due process or wrong accusation. You can go to the labor dept and file a case. Maraming pde makatulong kung financialy hindi maaford ang mag file ng case. Its an effort but its the right way to do it. because if you course it through social media madaling husgahan ung gumawa nyan sayo pero pano kung na feel ng customer na u gave a bad service but on your side eh okay sayo ang ginawa mo. So pano un eh nahusgahan na ung customer mo na mapag maliit sa mga taong katulad natin. And it will go back to you. Sino namang establishment ang mag titiwala pa sa iyo if you would do that to their establishment if the management have the justifiable reason to terminate you. Eto ay opinyon ko lng naman bilang nag tratrabaho din sa service industry.

So even if the waiter will go to the Labor Dept and complain the unreasonableness of his termination......the labor Dept. cannot do anything because according to the complaint of miss Coleen Garcia to the management of the company, the waiter was then rude to them and her lola. And their reason of complain is against the company policy, so it is just but right that the waiter will appeal to Coleen Garcia to correct the wrong thing that they did to him because it turned out that the waiter did something wrong against the companies policy, which is never true at all.So ang magcocorrect lang nitng gusot ay si Coleen para mabigyan ng justice yung waiter. Which is mag apology si Coleen sa waiter at para patunayan nyang nagsosorry sya......kausapin nya ang management na hindi totoo yung complaint nila against the waiter na rude sya at irequest na ibalik sa trabaho yung waiter sa restaurant na pinagtratrabahuan nya at bayaran ang days na hindi nakapasok yung waiter sa work dahil sa kagagawan ng mag lolang Coleen.
